Outstanding experience! Jacob, our Plumber conducted a thorough inspection, showcasing all possible plumbing issues. He had extensive knowledge of water heaters which was a big concern of ours. He had clear explanations for any question we had and didn’t seem to rush through or be bothered at all by my wife’s grocery list of questions like previous companies. We had a catastrophic water event. We called around and got no reassurance, and no one had any sense of urgency to help us. We felt overwhelmed and discouraged. Then a friend recommended Emergency Plumber Now. What a difference they made! They live up to their name in every way. They got on the phone with us immediately, gave us clarity, and took quick action. Dustin showed up to our house he was super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. And our dogs loved him. EPN even helped us work with our insurance company. I couldn’t be more relieved and satisfied. They’ve got a lifelong customer from me.

We didn't have an emergency, but we did need service, and EPN responded readily. Jacob was efficient and capable in installing the flood stop on our water heater, and readily walked me through how it worked and how to know when the batteries would need replacing. It was a good experience and we'll gladly call them again for our next plumbing need.

We were told that the technician, Jacob would be out the following morning. He showed up as expected. Jacob did a great job replacing new ball valve, flex lines with the Hot water heater! They made a quick appointment for me and when Dustin Jordan arrived, he could not have been more professional as he tried to solve my gas fireplace problem with no help at all from me.
